For organizers

Your festival, party or school on DanceCompas

DanceCompas is a free directory of social dance festivals, parties and classes. This page is for festival organizers, promoters, schools and DJs. It says what you can do here today, what it costs, and what we do not promise.

List your event for free

Add your festival, your party or your weekly class. A listing costs nothing.

Send it through the submit form. Leave your email address and we tell you when it is live.
We check it by hand and publish it.
Dancers find it by city, by style and by date, with a link that goes straight to your own website or ticket shop.

Claim your page

Many organizers and schools already have a page here, built from public event information. Claiming it is free, and it puts you in charge of what it says.

Open your event on DanceCompas, follow the link to your organizer page and choose “Claim this page”. You need a free account.
If your email address matches your website, you are verified straight away. If not, we email you a code and check the claim by hand.
Once verified, you can edit your details, upload your own cover photo and add your events yourself.

Give your dancers a discount code

Send us a code for your festival and we show it next to your ticket button. You pay only what you already pay your ambassadors, per pass sold.

No upfront fee and no monthly fee.
You choose the discount and the last day. After that day the code comes off the page by itself.
Dancers are told plainly, next to the code, that DanceCompas may earn a small commission.
Our links to your tickets carry utm_source=dancecompas, so your own analytics shows what we send you.

What we do not promise

DanceCompas is small and growing. We would rather tell you that now than have you find out later.

No traffic numbers. We will not quote audience figures to make an offer sound better.
No guaranteed sales. A listing or a code is a chance to be found. It is not a promise that anyone buys.
